Mom MacEachen’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Laura's 92% Lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Pork Sausage
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 5/16 cup Ketchup
  • 2 Eggs
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper
  • pinch Garlic Powder
  • pinch Rosemary
  • dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • Bacon
  • BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Mix well in a large bowl, spread in a 9"x13" pan.
Lay strips of bacon over top + drizzle with BBQ sauce
Bake for at least 90 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
