Laura's Black & Blue Sliders


  • 1 1/2 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
  • Blackening seasoning (to taste)
  • Blue cheese crumbles (to taste)
  • 1 Vine ripe tomato
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 12 Sourdough rolls
  • Laura's Cole Slaw (recipe below)


1. Form 12 patties and coat them lightly with blackening seasoning. Place them on the grill over medium heat and cook to your preferred temperature. Cover each patty with blue cheese letting it melt slightly.  

2. Place the bottom of the rolls on a platter, top with cole slaw and tomato. Place burger patties on the tomato, then add the top bun.

Laura's Natural Cole Slaw

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 cups fine shredded cabbage

Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly. Add to cabbage until coated. Chill until ready to serve.
