- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 white onion (sauteed)
- 8 slider buns or small dinner rolls, split
- 8 slices thick cut sharp cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper (to taste)

- Total Time: 23 Minutes
Slice white onion into rings and cut them in half. Melt butter in a warm skillet, toss in sliced white onion and garlic and cook down until onion and garlic are cooked thoroughly (onion should appear translucent). Remove from skillet and set aside.
Using 1 lb. of Laura’s 92% Lean ground beef, make 8 individual patties, flatten prior to cooking. Salt and pepper to taste, and place on grill at medium heat. Cook beef thoroughly, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Just prior to removing patties from grill place 1 slice of cheddar on each patty and let melt. Remove from heat.
Place sautéed onion on bun and the place beef and cheddar patty on top. Layer with your favorite toppings and condiments and enjoy.
