Ingredients
- 2 lbs Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Serrano pepper (no seeds, finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tsp Fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 Whole eggs
- 1/4 cup Plain bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Fine ground black pepper

For 12oz beef products reduce serving size by 1/4.

Preparation
Meatballs
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill. Portion out the meatballs into equal amounts with a small ice cream scoop, approximately 1 oz each (32 meatballs). Grill for 15 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
Mango Chutney Dipping Sauce
1 cup mango purée
1 tsps fresh cilantro
1 tsp fresh mint
2 tbsps red bell pepper
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Remove the stems from the cilantro and mint and chop. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Chill before serving.
Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce
2 cups cold teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until it becomes emulsified. Chill before serving.
