Ground Beef Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- PICO DE GALLO:
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 Red onion (diced)
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- JalapeƱo (seeded, finely diced)
- 2 tbsps Cilantro (chopped)
- ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS:
- Smashed black beans
- Chopped romaine lettuce
- Sliced avocado
- 6 Flour tortillas

Preparation
1. In a skillet brown your meat and add garlic. Once meat is fully cooked add your spices and remove from heat.
2. Toast the shells in the oven at 350 for 4-5 minutes and make the Pico de Gallo.
3. Smash black beans in a pot (you can used canned black beans) and chop your lettuce.
4. Remove shells from oven. Spread black beans on the Tostada shell, add lettuce, add meat, then add your Pico de Gallo. Top with avocado and enjoy!!
