Ingredients
- 2 lbs Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Large onion (diced)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 15 ozs Low-sodium black beans (drained, rinsed)
- 30 ozs Low-sodium kidney beans (drained, rinsed)
- 30 ozs Low-sodium diced tomatoes (with their juice)
- 10 ozs Low-sodium diced tomatoes and green chiles (with their juice)
- 30 ozs Low-sodium tomato sauce
- 2 tsps Cumin
- 2 tbsps Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Low-fat sour cream, low-fat cheddar cheese, avocado, crackers, cilantro (optional toppings)

Preparation
1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté beef until it starts to brown.
2. Add onion to the skillet and sauté until tender. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add in seasoning. Transfer ground beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients into the slow cooker: rinsed and drained beans, diced tomatoes with their juice, diced tomatoes and green chilis with juice and tomato sauce. Stir to combine and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Serve warm and enjoy!
