Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pkg Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon (10-ounce package; cooked, chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (plus splash)
- 1/2 Sweet onion (diced)
- 1 pkg Bowtie pasta (16-ounce box)
- 1 can Canned corn (15-ounce can, drained)
- 1 can Black beans (15-ounce can; drained, rinsed)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 cups Grape tomatoes (halved)
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 Green onions (sliced)
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Start by boiling the pasta.
2. Pour the olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic with salt and pepper until soft and fragrant.
3. Add in the ground beef and cook through. Add some more salt and pepper.
4. Drain the pasta and add to a large bowl to set aside. Add a splash of olive oil to the pasta to avoid sticking.
5. Cook bacon extra crispy and chop into small pieces.
6. Combine beef, bacon, corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions, and pasta in large mixing bowl and mix well.
7. Add cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
8. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth.
9. Pour over pasta and mix well until evenly coated.
10. Stir in cilantro and cheese.
11. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight for flavors to mingle. Enjoy!
