Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 2 tsp Montreal seasonings
- 12 Aged sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 Vine ripe tomatoes
- 3 Romaine lettuce (shredded)
- 12 Brioche rolls
- 1 tsp Fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsps Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Pickle relish
- Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Blend the Montreal Seasoning with the beef thoroughly. Over medium heat grill the patty and season lightly with the sea salt, cover with your sliced cheese with a short amount of cooking time to melt slightly.
2. Mix all ingredients for the Burger Sauce (Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Dijon Mustard, Pickle Relish, salt and pepper) thoroughly and chill until you serve.
3. Place the bottom of the roll on service platter, top with lettuce, tomato and burger sauce. Place burger patty on the sauce, then add the top bun.
4. A nice touch is to use a toothpick with a black olive or teardrop tomato skewered on it.
