Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tsps Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsps Tomato paste
- Low-fat sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, low-fat shredded cheese, lime juice (optional toppings)

Preparation
1. Add ground beef to a skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
2. Add seasonings and tomato paste. Mix to combine everything together and stir until the ground beef has browned and cooked completely.
3. Serve warm over tortillas with low-fat Colby Jack cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and lime juice.
