Ingredients
- 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (can also use Laura's Lean Patties)
- 4 tsps Louisiana hot sauce
- 4 tsps Horseradish
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsps Light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 slices Red onion
- 4 Tomatoes
- Lettuce (add leaves to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Burger:
1. In a large bowl, combine Laura's 92% Lean ground beef, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Knead to combine, then form into 4 thin patties.
2. Place a large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil followed by the patties and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, 6 minutes per side.
Sauce:
1. In another small bowl, combine the following ingredients to make the horseradish sauce: 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons horseradish, 1 teaspoon mustard.
Place each burger on a bottom bun and spread with the horseradish sauce. Top with red onion, tomato, lettuce, and a top bun. Enjoy!
