My First Week

Hello Challenge Team,

This week has been a very busy week, but I haven’t stopped for fast food. I’m not on any specific diet plan, just being conscious of what is going into my mouth.  

Each day I drink 3-4 (16.9 oz.) water. There are not a lot of good choices for fresh fruit where I live, so I purchased  large bags of frozen fruit from Sam’s club. The only raw vegetables I like are carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

The weather conditions are changing, so chances of me getting out to walk will be very slim. I invested in Leslie Sansone‘s "walk at home" dvd

After speaking with our “stick to challenge" dietitian, Jennifer Kramer, I will be contacting a local dietitian. My insurance allows me to speak to a  dietitian 4 times a year.
