Ingredients
- 3 lbs Cherry tomatoes
- 3 ozs Sun-dried tomatoes (3 ounce bag)
- 3 tbsps Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 2 tsps Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Wash tomatoes and cut in half (if they're large tomatoes, cut into quarters).
3. Toss both kinds of tomatoes with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Place on a rimmed baking pan or dish. Roast 10-20 minutes or to desired doneness.
