Trying to Stay on Track

The hardest thing to get started on this week has been staying on a continuous exercise routine. One positive thing about my progress toward my goal this week, is that I'm learning to eat smaller portions. The smaller portions are actually satisfying my appetite. I'm making more mindful, enjoyable, healthy choices at the dinner table.

 I didn't realize eating with other people makes us lose track of how much I eat. When I'm with other people I like, I tend to eat  longer than when I'm by myself.

My family is adopting some of my healthy habits as well. My husband opened our new power juicer that was purchased over a year ago. We've been enjoying recipes for healthy living.

My go to person is my oldest daughter. She usually reminds me that we didn't do our walking for the day.  I feel great!
