1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pound Laura’s Lean New York Strip Steak
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 carrots, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
5 radishes, sliced
1. Combine soy sauce, chili sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice and garlic in a small bowl; pour over steak. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
2. For dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup lime juice and next 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; set aside.
3. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Slice across the grain into thin slices.
4. Arrange greens in a large bowl or serving platter. Top with steak, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber and radishes. Drizzle with Ginger-Lime Dressing.
