Steak Tomato Basil Wrap

Ingredients
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 (4-ounce) Laura’s Lean Ribeye Steaks
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
3 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Directions
1. Combine 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire in small bowl; brush on steaks. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) about 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Slice across the grain into thin slices.
3. Layer steak, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar in each tortilla and roll up.
Makes 4 servings.
Broiling Directions Place steak on a rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
