Sesame-Soy Beef Skewers

Ingredients
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 pound Laura's Lean Sirloin Steak, 1 inch thick, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions
1. Combine sesame seeds, green onions, honey, soy sauce and chili sauce in a large bowl; add beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
2. Thread 1 beef cube onto each presoaked skewer.
3. Preheat broiler or grill. Broil or grill skewers 3 minutes on each side or until browned on the outside and until desired doneness on the inside.

Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
