One-Step Lasagna

Ingredients
3/4 pound Laura’s 92% Lean Ground Beef or 96% Lean Ground Round
1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (26-ounce) jar marinara sauce
1/2 (16-ounce) box lasagna noodles
1 (15-ounce) container part-skim ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook beef and next 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven about 5 minutes or until browned; drain; stir in sauce.
2. Spread half of sauce mixture in bottom of an 11-x 7-inch baking dish. Arrange 3 noodles, slightly overlapping if necessary. Spread half of ricotta over noodles and sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining sauce and repeat layering with noodles, ricotta, mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and let stand 15 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
