Mini Hamburgers

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 17 minutes

Ingredients
1 pound Laura's Lean Ground Beef
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 (7-ounce) package party rolls
Lettuce, tomato slices, dill pickle slices, mustard ketchup

Directions
1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into patties and place on a rack in a broiler pan.
2. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 17 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
3. Split rolls horizontally and top burgers with your favorite toppings.

Makes 20 appetizer burgers.
