Since Laura's Lean Beef Company is growing so quickly, we are constantly adding team members in a variety of positions. If your background matches our requirements, please send us your resume. Sales positions - Sales Rep, Key Account Manager and Territory Manager positions come open when we are opening up new territory and accounts. We strongly prefer experience in grocery retail sales, with the amount of experienced depending on the level of the position. Our salespeople are located across the country.

Cattle Procurement - Experienced cattle buyers who clearly understand our requirements and are able to work in a partnership with our present and prospective producers will be needed as we grow. They live and work in central locations all across the country.

Home Office - There may be a variety of needs in our home office in Lexington, KY. These range from administrative staff to finance and marketing professionals.
