1 pound Laura’s Lean Beef 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced, plus extra for garnish
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
4 cups bagged broccoli slaw, washed and spun dry
1/4 cup raisins
4 tablespoons Low Fat Sesame Ginger dressing*
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1. Place ground beef in bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, onions, garlic powder, ground ginger and brown sugar. Mix well. Shape into 4 4-ounce patties.
2. Heat grill to high. Cook burger to desired degree of doneness.
3. To serve, garnish each burger with 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon shredded carrots plus additional green onions and cilantro. Serve each burger with side of broccoli slaw.
