This last week has been a trying one because my husband and I have decided to adopt, but we have been stressing on how to afford it. This may be the end of the Laura’s Lean Beef Challenge, but it is just the beginning of eating healthy and getting to my goal weight. I was able to lose 8 lbs in 6 weeks and definitely have established better eating in our household. I’m about a third of the way to my goal weight, and I know I will get there.
